FINAL PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS
For this final evaluation, students are going to answer a Pictionary test. The main idea, for this test, is students being able to recognize the meaning of words by relating them with pictures. Doing this, students are going to increase their vocabulary in a simple form. At the same time, it would be easier for them to remain the new vocabulary by relating the new words with the pictures. For this purpose, is important to provide students with….
A reading or text in which students are going to find some words that hey can relate with the pictures from the questions.
Upload the reading to SlideShare.
Download the pictures to add them to the test in Google Forms.
Provide the corresponding test using Google Forms.
Provide a minimum of three possible answers per question.

Introduction
Technology has always played a very important role in education, the implementation of the technology has always been presented in the classrooms since years ago but sometimes with some relevant and small changes, but it is nowadays in the twenty-first century that the technology has taken more importance and relevance worldwide, it is possible to find technology in every single place on earth.
In every single aspect of human life technology has been always presented and in education it is not the exception, the constant use of technology has always been presented in the classrooms but with some small additions for example when the English teacher used to play tapes in the Stereos with Cassettes besides the VHS players and the Big Square TVs that most of the time were in the classrooms back in the old days. Since the technology was introduced in the classrooms it only has changed through the years just like any other field of the human being, for example, science, health, and transportation.
Nowadays we have classrooms that are one hundred percent prepared to impart classes completely digital with a lot of resources that will help the students to learn in a more interactive way. But it does not matter how much access to technology do we have every single day in our classrooms the teacher it is going to play a very important role
The potential behind SoundCloud
Sound Cloud is a webpage in which the user can upload and share different types of audio materials. This type of audio materials can be personalized for the user by adding different names to the tracks, adding pictures to illustrate the track as the user wants and adding a specific category for the materials. At the same time, the user can create different folders to keep organized and saved the tracks. For reason, SoundCloud has a huge potential in education, because it allows both teacher and students to create their own audio library with many different tracks. The teacher can evaluate his students by the order and quality of their audio productions.
Recording material for your learners on your phones
Students can record themselves using their phones, for example the teacher gives an example of a conversation, them students are going to record themselves using their phones, once they are done with the recording students can work together or individually to edit their recording then they can add music or some other special sounds to make their works even better.
Having learners record themselves to share their audios
One of the best parts of SoundCloud is the sharing part, once students are done with the editing part they are going to share their productions with the rest of the class. And using SoundCloud students can have their own audio libraries to use later or even better to share with their classmates.
Assembling a mashup to create a more complex activity for learners
One interesting way to take even more advantage of those audios is by combining them with another type of task, for example, one idea could be by creating an exam on google forms and invite their classmates to listen the audio first and then to answer the questions. Another example could be let students listen to the audios and then they need to search for some pictures to illustrate the audio, students can exchange the audios from one to another to have even a more dynamic activity.
Concluding remarks
Technology is moving so fast nowadays that in order to have really good labs is very difficult because, with the constant updates on software and hardware, it results almost impossible for teachers to have equipment in excellent conditions. But it will be excellent that every single teacher had access to the all-new technology for educational purposes in order to teach their students with the newest electronically tools, so the students are able to learn with excellent equipment but also with a good instruction by teachers. And with good orientation plus good equipment, the electronically teaching is going to be amazing. However, we have access to many different tools available for us to create and share great content with our students. It is just a matter of patience to create valuable content to use with our students and one of those tools is SoundCloud.

www.scoop.it is a web page in which the user can save information from sources about a single topic or multiple ones at the same time. The idea of this page is the user creates his own digital library on the webpage, then the user can get access to that information whenever he wants to. As a matter of fact, this type of information can be shared or even edited if the user wants to.
In education www.scoop.it could be a really good option to take into account, this page can be used a class project in which every single student is in charge of a specific topic, then everyone is going to save the information on the page or it can be individually. The teacher will ask students to continue working directly on the page under a specific topic provided by the teacher.

Introduction
Technology has always played a very important role in education; the implementation of the technology has always been presented in classrooms since years ago. However, sometimes with some relevant and small changes, but it is nowadays in the twenty-first century that the technology has taken more importance and relevance worldwide, it is possible to find technology in every single place on earth. And we as a teacher need to be aware of those important elements and take advantages of the multiple opportunities we must implement them in the class.
LoTi
With my current level in LoTi, I consider my self able to teach my students how to use multiple tools for their education. As a matter of fact, are going to be able to use those tools later a possible job or career at the University. However, at the same time, I would like to continue improving myself to reach even greater things.
SlideShare
SlideShare is a great source of education. By using SlideShare in the classroom the student can upload their material or the assignments given by the teacher, then students are going to share their works with the rest of the class. But not only share, but students are also going to be able to explain multiple topics using their presentations or even short stories.
Fotor
Fotor.com is a great webpage in which the user can create collages about different topics. Besides, the multiple editing tools that the page had been awesome to create great collages. Applied in education fotor has great potential. Students can be assigned with a specific topic, then instead of creating a PowerPoint Presentation student are going to be able to create the college adding the required information and explain it to the rest of the class. At the same time, this information can be shared with the rest of their classmates. The possibilities are infinities based on fotor.com.
HTML Embedding Blogger
Blogger is by far one of the best webpages we as teachers had to teach our students. Is important to remember that Blogger allows the user one great tool and this opportunity is to add HTML in Blogger which means that the user is going to be able to link different pages like Google Forms or SlideShare documents in your blogger and based on this students are going to had a more clear knowledge of everything.
Final Remarks
Another very strong reason why it is difficult to introduce technology to the schools is that unfortunately there are not prepare teachers to realize the tasks, most of the time what we had are teachers that teach by the way but with very antique strategies and they never use technology in their classes. Most of these teachers prefer to stay away from all the technological advice and improvement. And this can result a really big problem among students, because nowadays students are addicted to computers and technologies so they will feel really boring sometimes in old school’s classes instead of being in an interactive class with the use of technological devices and internet to find games to learn, search for information and share with their classmates, but fortunately most of these old-school teachers are trying to get updated every day in order to do their classes more interactive. And there is a term for this kind of teachers; they want to become “Technological Competent” in this new world of technology. Because technology is unstoppable nowadays every single day will continue growing and we can’t fight against technology so what we can do is try to use it in the most productive way possible. For this reason, is important to analyze all the previously mentioned tools and webpages.

Ideas to use Collage with Students
A collage is a picture that you can create and edit by adding more pictures in the same one. Hopefully, this type of pictures can be used in education for example.
Students can create collages of their vacations, then they are going to present the pictures and explain their classmates using past tense about the picture.
Students can create collages to summarize parts from a book or even chapters of the book by choosing pictures related to the chapter and then presented with the class.
The teacher can assign a random topic then students are going to come up with collage to explain the topic, for instance: Description of a country, then they can create a collage with the typical food, national costume, sports, beverage flora and fauna, and many other elements.

What is a LoTi Framework?
The LoTi Framework can be considered as the rubric in which any teacher is able to manage technology on the class. This rubric is divided into six different levels each level corresponds to a different level of improvement. Every single level determines what the teacher or the user can do with technology or computers. The levels describe deeply every aspect. Nonsense is considered as level 0, Awareness is level one, Exploration is level 2, Infusion is level 3, Mechanical Integration and Routine Integration are the levels number 4, Expansion is considered as level 5 and Refinement is considered as the maximum level for this rubric. Now the question is in which level are you?

According with the previous chart is hard to make a decision to classify myself in one of the previous categories because personally I consider that I am able to create great digital content using a computer for example I consider myself in the expansion level, however if I take into account the usage that I give to technology in the classroom and how much are my students to create I would say that we are in a exploration stage.
Steps to follow
For next year I would like to be in a refinement stage and be able to create great content for my personal purposes but at the same time to be able to introduce even more technology with my students. The steps to follow are simple I am going to continue studying on different fields like audiovisual creation and prepare my self to be a graphic designer.
Final Remarks
Nowadays technology is everywhere we are going, for example in restaurants, hospitals, in our houses but even more important for us in our schools, and as teachers we must realize that technology is an amazing tool to teach. Many sources of information computers and internet are today’s weapons for many teachers worldwide. Besides this technology became more powerful every day, that it will be the day that notebooks and pencils will no longer required to teach, and everything will be with the use of computers, tablets and laptops. But until that day comes is a difficult fight for teachers to get access to this kind of technology because not in all schools, students had the opportunity to have a computer laboratory where to study, make research and to get access to the internet. Because in many schools there is no money to finance computers labs, because most of these equipment is really expensive to maintain and not just to maintain also to buy and to get qualified teachers to teach students, because computer labs always needs to have the best equipment possible to teach, besides it need to had good internet connection to use online software some that are for free, but basically one of the problems to introduce technology to the classrooms is that all the equipment required is really expensive.

Introduction
The opportunities that we have available today for education are almost infinities, the huge amount of resources that we can find on the internet are incredible, and most of the time these resources are for free. Which implies that the user can create great projects or information with all the elements available on the web. Besides, it is important to remain that we live in a digital world. All the information is and technology at the same time are here to stay. The effect that new technologies had in our society and in the education system, how is it? The technology is necessary and useful, and it is an essential tool for education and teaching and it is adapted to globalization. We are going to see some pro and cons about the technology in our educational system and evaluate it, take in count the identities and made the relationship between technology and the globalization; the educational challenges are part of this topic and the development that they made. The technology is very important in education nevertheless it is not the main support of it.

Feedly is a great web page in which the user can find precise information for professional development. Feedly provides the user with great resources of information to create or to complete investigation projects. The user can follow different pages of multiple topics and all of them vary from one to another. The user will decide which information recover for the project. As well the user can create folders with the different types of information.

Quizzes in Google Forms
Google forms offer the user multiple advantages to making use of this type of tools allows the teacher to create quizzes or even exams to evaluate his/her students, even without being on the same physical place. Students can take the quiz from their phones or computers in whatever place they are. One of the greatest advantages of Google forms is that it sends the result for the quizzes or exams automatically after they are done with the exam. This facilitates teachers work, besides, students will receive an instant result. The evaluation becomes more interactive at the same time.

Concluding remarks
There will be always debating about this controversial topic but what do we think about being part of the society and this advance? Do we think technology is a very useful tool in education or it is just a distractor on it? What kind of secondary effects does technology have? Technology is one of the most powerful tools that nowadays teachers had because there are a lot of tools and equipment that can be used for teaching. For example, with the use of intelligent boards teacher and student can learn about a lot, accessing to the internet to search about a specific topic or looking for information given by the teacher and so on.
Also, with the use of some interactive web pages’ students can learn about different types of things and subjects like math, social studies, chemistry and a lot more. For the students that enjoy the reading exist a lot of books that can be accessed for the teacher to give to the students to practice or to read just for fun.
Technology can be consider as a really good activity because students will feel excited to study with the use of technology, instead that the old boring way to study with physical books and normal classes just hearing the teacher talks for hours, this can be considered really boring nowadays because with the great technology that we have and get access to its amazing all the things that we can develop with the students. But not also students will be benefit from this great opportunity; teachers as well will get a lot of strategies to teach but obviously depending on the teacher because there are old schools teachers that prefer work with old strategies and this can result very boring for the students and it will have more work for the teacher, because it’s so simple teach with the technology the only thing that you need is a computer and a lot of imagination because you don’t need money either, because most of the programs available for interact teaching are for free , there is no excuse to continue teaching in the age of dinosaurs, so it’s really important to be updated every simple day, in order to be technologically competitive, and remember to get access to a good connection of internet in order to develop all the great techniques that you have in mind, because even with all the technology existed, you need the most powerful creation of the humankind, that’s right, the internet.

Introduction
Nowadays we have classrooms that are one hundred percent prepared to impart classes completely digital with a lot of resources that will help the students to learn in a more interactive way. But it does not matter how much access to technology do we have every single day in our classrooms the teacher it is going to play a very important role.
The teacher is the one that guides the class and all the good and interactive things that are going to happen thanks to the implementation of technology in the classroom and here is important to remember the famous quote by Bill Gates founder of Microsoft Corporation, that says technology it’s just a tool and the teacher is the most important part of education. And basically, this is the main purpose of this investigation to identify the use of technology in English as a Foreign Language Classrooms. For this reason, is important to look for applications or webpages that help students on this process. Diigo, Blogger, and MindMup are awesome sources that we can use for this purpose.
Diigo
Diigo is a very useful webpage in which the user is allowed to analyzed information from multiple webpages and use that information for later. In my personal opinion, Diigo is a really good source for teaching. Students will be able to use the information they analyzed and use it as they want. Blogger
Blogger is a page that allows users to create content about any topic they decide. Blogger has a lot of advantages referring to education. Students are able to create the pages and share the information that they want. However, the teacher is able to guide students in the creation of the content for the page.
